Classes may be reserved through the Live Elevated Collective website or booking platform.
Reservations open 14 - 10 days in advance for members or Founding Members, and 7 days in advance for class pack and drop-in guests. -
If a class is full, guests may join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, an email will be sent to all guests on the waitlist. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 12 hours before class start time without penalty.
Late Cancellation Fee: $15
No-Show Fee: $20
This policy applies to unlimited members, class pack holders, and drop-in guests. For class pack and drop-in reservations, the class credit will also be forfeited. -
Members may enter class up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After 5 minutes, entry will not be permitted. Late arrivals beyond the entry window will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

Memberships are billed automatically each month on the date of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled. Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Commitment memberships renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled in accordance with the membership agreement. Membership access remains active during the notice period. Memberships and class credits are non-transferable.

Members may freeze their membership up to two times per calendar year. Each freeze must be a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. Freeze requests must be submitted before the requested start date. At the end of the freeze period, the membership will automatically resume.

Members experiencing injury, pregnancy, extended travel, or other significant life events may request a temporary membership pause. Pause requests are reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of the studio.

Founding and promotional membership pricing remains valid only while the membership remains active and in good standing. If a membership is cancelled and later restarted, the member will enroll at the current rates and terms available at that time.

4 Class Pack: expires 30 days from first use
8 Class Pack: expires 60 days from first use
12 Class Pack: expires 90 days from first use
Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. -
Introductory offers are available to new clients only, may be purchased once per person, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If a payment is declined, membership access and booking privileges will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend classes, workshops, and events. Children may not be left unattended in the studio or lobby and are not permitted in workout rooms during classes or events.

The energy in the room matters.
Members are encouraged to sing, move, celebrate, and fully experience the music-driven environment.
Phones and smart devices may be used to connect heart rate monitors or track workout performance. Recording, photography, and video during class are not permitted in order to protect the privacy and focus of all participants.
Members are welcome to take photos and share their experience using the social selfie wall before or after class.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, wipe down equipment after use, return weights and props to their designated places, avoid strong fragrances, and respect instructors and fellow members.

Members should listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. Please inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to class. Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, and members assume full responsibility for their participation. Instructors may ask participants to modify or discontinue an exercise if they believe continuing may pose a safety risk

Live Elevated Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Live Elevated Collective reserves the right to refuse service or revoke studio access for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our community standards.

Class schedules, instructors, and programming are subject to change without notice. Credits will be returned when applicable for cancelled class by The Live Elevated Collective.

The studio may cancel classes due to severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events. Credits will be returned when applicable.

Rental shoes and mats must be returned immediately following class. Members are responsible for damaged or unreturned rental items.

Unworn merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with original tags attached. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Final sale items include grip socks, undergarments, water bottles, sale items, and event merchandise. -
Events and workshops require advance registration. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event may receive studio credit. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another guest if the studio is notified in advance. If the studio cancels an event, participants will receive a refund or studio credit.

Class pack and drop-in purchases are non-refundable.
If a reservation is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy (at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time), the class credit will be returned to your account and may be used toward a future class within the applicable expiration period.
If a reservation is cancelled within 12 hours of class start or the guest does not attend the reserved class, the class credit will be forfeited and applicable late cancellation or no-show fees may apply.
No cash or credit card refunds will be issued for unused or returned class credits.
